Art & Rig Commission

Initial Consultation
- Discuss your project requirements, ideas, and expectations.
- Provide reference materials and detailed descriptions.
- Finalize the scope and pricing of the project.Sketching
- I will create initial sketches based on your requirements.
- You will receive updates and provide feedback.
- Unlimited revisions are available during this stage until you are satisfied with the sketches.Coloring
- Once the sketches are approved, I will proceed with coloring the model.
- You will receive updates and provide feedback on the color scheme.
- Minor revisions are allowed during this stage.Rigging
- After the coloring is finalized, I will start rigging the model in Live2D.
- You will receive progress updates and previews of the rigging.
- Minor revisions are allowed during this stage.Testing and Revisions
- Upon completion of the rigging, we will conduct testing to ensure everything works correctly.
- Unlimited minor revisions are allowed during this stage.
- Major revisions will incur additional costs and may extend the delivery time.Final Delivery
- Upon completion, I will deliver the final model files, including the runtime files.
- The final model will be delivered digitally through email or Google Drive.Post-commission Service
- Further changes or updates on the model after its completion can be done for a fee.

Note: For art & rig commissions, a final quote can only be presented once I have enough detail necessary. Partial payment is available for orders over $1000. The remaining amount must be paid before the delivery of the completed model.

- I will start rigging the model in Live2D based on the provided PSD file.
- No updates will be provided during the process.
- The buyer will only see the final result.Testing and Revisions
- Once the rigging is complete, we will conduct testing to ensure everything works correctly.
- Unlimited minor revisions are allowed during this stage.
- Major revisions will incur additional costs and may extend the delivery time.Final Delivery
- Upon completion, I will deliver the final model files, including the runtime files.

Terms of Service

1) Requesting Tweaks and Revisions
- Unlimited revisions can be made during the sketching process. Minor revisions are still unlimited after this stage, but major changes will incur additional costs. Revisions may also extend the delivery time.2) Cancellation and Refunding
- You get a full refund if the work is not completed.
- If you choose to cancel:
- After the booking fee has been paid: You will not be refunded the original payment, but no further payment will be charged.
- After the rigging has started: The original payment will be refunded after deducting processing fees and any work hours.
- Canceling is not allowed after the work is completed.3) State of Delivery
- Submission of the files will consist only of the runtime files. Under no circumstances will I submit the source file to the client. Delivery will be digital and executed through email or Google Drive.4) Updates on Work
- For art and rig commissions, I will update the client during three key stages: sketching, coloring, and rigging. For rig-only commissions, there will be no updates throughout the process. The buyer will see only the final result, followed by testing and revisions as needed.5) Payment
- For art and rig commissions:
- A final quote can only be presented once I have enough details necessary. Partial payment is available for orders over $1000. If the partial payment option is chosen, then the amount is to be paid half upfront, with the remaining amount being paid before delivery of the completed model.
- For rig-only commissions:
- A final quote can only be presented once the PSD file is ready. Partial payment is available for orders over $1000. If the partial payment option is chosen, then the amount is to be paid half upfront, with the remaining amount being paid before delivery of the completed model.6) My Rights Concerning the Work
- I retain the rights to use the model as part of my portfolio and as an example of my Live2D rigging/animation. This includes the ability to create a feature video or example of the model’s movement.7) Commercial Use/Intellectual Property of the Work
- For art and rig commissions:
- The IP (Intellectual Property) of the work belongs to me.
- For rig-only commissions:
- The IP of the design belongs to the buyer, while the IP of the rig belongs to me.
- Streaming will be considered as individual use and does not require commercial rights. Selling the model or design in bulk will be considered as commercial use.8) Right of Withdrawal
- I have the right to withdraw from any commission and issue a refund.Placing a commission order with me means that you have read and agreed to these terms.
